What happens when you order made-to-order swimwear

The process begins in a category: top, bottom, or one-piece. On the design page, select only from the options shown and complete every required field. For a bikini, add the two pieces separately.

The cart is the final checkpoint before payment. Review each product name, quantity, and saved selection. Contact the studio at this point if a detail is unclear.

After payment, the swimsuit is cut and sewn in Israel according to the order selections. Production varies with workload and may take up to 14 business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays.

That is production time, not a promise of delivery within 14 calendar days. Once the order is ready, the customer is updated and fulfilment follows the selected delivery or collection method.

An order can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once production starts, custom-made swimwear cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund.

Self-pickup from the Ra'anana studio is free and arranged in advance. Current delivery options and costs appear in the shipping policy and checkout, so review them when ordering.
