Shipping
- Free self-pickup by appointment from Ra'anana.
- Production time varies based on our current workload. Our team will keep you updated about your order status.
- When selecting the "Home Delivery" shipping method, please note that shipping availability may vary.
Returns Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010, Section 6(c), products manufactured with personal customization cannot be returned or have the transaction canceled. Swimwear sewn to order according to your measurements and choices falls under this definition.
- In case of a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to examine the defect and offer an appropriate solution.
- Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Slight variations in color between the website display and the final product may occur and do not constitute grounds for return or exchange.
Exchanges
Exchange Policy - Custom-Made Swimwear
Exchange Conditions
- According to Consumer Protection Regulations, you may request a product exchange within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:
- The size of a custom-made swimsuit can be exchanged subject to availability.
- In certain cases, exchanges of cut or fabric may be considered, at the company's discretion.
- The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, defects, or damage.
Exchange Timing
- The exchange process takes the same time as a new order. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Exchange Limitations
- If the fabric of the original product is out of stock, a size exchange in the same fabric will not be possible.
- In such cases, the customer will be offered an option to exchange for a different fabric, but a refund will not be possible.
- We reserve the right to update on fabric unavailability and offer suitable alternatives.
- No exchanges or returns are possible on items from the Sale category.
Receiving the Exchanged Product
- Home Delivery: Home delivery service costs 35 NIS. Payment will be made when arranging the delivery.
- Self-Pickup: You can pick up your order free of charge from our studio in Ra'anana. Operating hours and exact location will be provided upon exchange approval.

Your request should include the following details: Invoice number, item you wish to exchange, item you wish to receive instead, full name, phone number, shipping address, preferred delivery method (courier or self-pickup).
Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Before Production Begins
Right to Full Cancellation
- You may cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as we have not begun the production process of the swimsuit.
- Order cancellation will be allowed without cancellation fees or any penalties.
Cancellation Notice
- The customer must notify us of their desire to cancel the order through one of the accepted communication methods (Instagram, WhatsApp, email).
- The notice should include the order details and an explicit request for cancellation.
Refund Process
- The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
- The refund will be full and include the entire amount paid, including shipping fees if paid in advance.
Cancellation Limitations
- After we have begun the production process of the swimsuit, it is not possible to cancel the order and receive a refund. This is in accordance with Section 6(c) of the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010, which refers to products manufactured with personal customization.
Clothing & Accessories Terms
Shipping
- Free self-pickup by appointment from Ra'anana.
- If you ordered only from the clothing and accessories category without swimwear, we'll process your order as quickly as possible.
- If you ordered clothing/accessories along with swimwear, production time varies based on our current workload.
- When selecting the "Home Delivery" shipping method, please note that shipping availability may vary.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
At UOKAI, we believe in customer satisfaction and hope you enjoy every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange the product according to the following conditions:
Right to Cancel Transaction
According to Consumer Protection Law, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product or from the day you received the transaction details document, whichever is later. In case of transaction cancellation, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus cancellation fees of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. In case of transaction cancellation due to a product defect or non-conformity, no cancellation fees will be charged and the refund will be full.
Return and Exchange Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and without damage.
- The product must not have been used and tags must not have been removed.
- You must present an invoice or other proof of purchase.
- In case of exchange, you can exchange the product for another product of the same value or higher value, with additional payment for the difference.
Exclusions
- Products that were specially made for the consumer, such as products with personal prints, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Underwear or swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
