How long does UOKAI shipping take?

Preparation time is 3-7 business days (each item is handmade and custom tailored), followed by 1-3 business days for delivery.

Is there free shipping?

Yes! UOKAI offers free shipping for orders across Israel.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can choose self-pickup when placing your order. We will contact you when your order is ready.

What about urgent orders?

For urgent orders, contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone and we will do our best to expedite preparation and shipping.

Shipping Times

At UOKAI, we believe that each swimsuit is a work of art, and therefore every order is carefully sewn with love especially for you. We invest our best efforts to ensure that every detail is perfect. Due to high demand, the order preparation process may take up to 14 business days (excluding Fridays and Saturdays).

Shipping Options:

Courier Delivery

After your order is ready, it's on its way to you with a courier. Home delivery costs 35 NIS, or 45 NIS for Eilat, the Arava, and Arava-area towns. Orders above the free-delivery threshold remain free.

Self-Pickup from Studio

You can pick up your order from our studio in Ra'anana by appointment. Self-pickup will allow you to receive your order faster, as soon as it's ready.

Urgent Order?
